No. You can record individual physical items such as books, electronics, collectibles, homeware and clothing. The screenshots show clothing examples. The current preset categories focus on clothing; other goods can use “Other”, and Pro lets you add your own categories. Purchases, sale costs, photos, returns and deadlines work with your item records.
No. You enter records manually. Sales Secretary does not automatically import listings, cross-list products or connect to marketplace accounts.
Yes. Purchase, stock, sale and return tracking are free without a record limit. Pro adds analysis, Predictions, PDF reports, custom lists and widgets.
It needs your own usable history. New or limited histories may not support useful estimates. There is no external marketplace feed, and model output is not a promise of a sale or profit.
On your device. You can enable private iCloud sync using the same Apple Account on supported devices. Records are not sent to an AI provider. See the privacy policy for details, including Apple’s address suggestions and iCloud.
No. The app’s item profit deducts item cost, selling postage and fees. It does not allocate original purchase postage or include every possible business cost. It is not a tax or full business accounting service.
